The Holidays which means its time for one of my Signature Tamale Making Classes.

SATURDAY DECEMBER 16, 2022 - 2:00 - 4:30 PM - AT FARNIENTE @ GUILD HOTEL

This 2.5 hour class will include:

• Short History of Tamales & Traditions

• Teaching you how to make 3 types of tamales: Mazatlan Style Pork Tamales, Sweet Pineapple Tamales, and Rajas con Queso (Cheese and Chile). 

• You will receive 6 tamales to take home with you. (2 of each- 3 Cooked and 3 to Steam At Home) 

• Photo and Book Signing Opportunity.

Important Notes:

• Classes are limited to max of 40 people. So please book quickly. 

• Farniente will be selling cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks and accepts cash/card.

• Event Doors Open at 6:00 pm but you are welcome to arrive early as Farniente will be open for drinks and bites and will be open after the event for your enjoyment!

• Please bring closed-toe non-slip shoes as you will be in a commercial kitchen environment.

• Seating will be available if needed.

• Tickets are transferrable but NON-REFUNDABLE.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This event is open to all ages. Families Welcome! Please no children under the age of 5.

Will Alcohol be sold?

Yes only to those 21+

Will Chef Claudia be selling cookbooks?

Not at this time. She will however have salsa and other to go items for sale. Please bring cash/card/venmo.
